  By far the worst hard rock we have ever been (vs Panama, Miami, London, Buenos Aires, Chile, etc).
  We felt cold and there was nothing they could do about it.
  They took too much time to bring the beverages. When they brought the food, one of the plates was cold. It also took 10 or more minutes to bring us plates for a shared entree. The food is good as always (the only positive thing)
  The place is not nice and the service failed consistently in almost every step. We do not recommend it if you are looking for a similar experience to other hard rocks

  My first time at a Hard Rock Cafe. Walked up at around 5 P.M. and we were seated instantly. Walking up we noticed it was being upgraded but inside it didn't show. We were served by Jasmin who was fantastic! She was energetic (just the right amount) engaging, and had a good insight into the menu choices. My GF had Fish N Chips, she loved it! I had the Fisherman's Wharf Clam Chowder which was amazing! It had all the right flavors and came in a delicious Boudin Bread bowl. After, Jasmin gave us a good local spot to check out, The Coit* Tower! Gonna check it out. Overall very happy, which this location and staff was near San Diego. No offense to San Diego Crew, just have not been there yet :).
