  Fog Harbor is going to have a higher price tag since it's right in the middle of a touristy area. But if you're willing to pay the price, they have pretty good food - particularly their clam chowder. This comes out piping hot, has the perfect consistency (creamy, but not overly so) and is a nice little break from walking around all day in the area. We also tried their dungeoness crab cocktail, which tasted fresh (though I wish they put the cocktail sauce on the side, instead of on top). This, dumped into your clam chowder is the perfect combination for a col San Francisco day.

  I'm so glad I was able to try out this restaurant! I wanted to try out the famous clam chowder in a bread bowl so I looked for restaurants in Pier 39 who offered so I decided to check this place out. It was packed when I got there so I opted to sit on the bar instead. It's great cause the service was so fast on the bar.
  
  I ordered clam chowder and their linguine pasta with clams. I wanted to order more but I'm glad I didn't cause the clam chowder is already filling (at least for me). The pasta was pretty good! A little bit pricey, but totally worth it. I'll come back here when I visit SF again!

  I came here a couple years back. I came with a Church Group. We had the Pleasure of having a Window Seat which was Simply Amazing! The spacing between tables was good for privacy. I ordered the Combo Dish which was Delicous! Since I can speak Spanish, I chatted with our Mexican Waitress which turned out to be cool because she gave us a Flan Desert on the house. Nice way to take the edge off our $200+ bill! The View overlooking the Bay was Great also. This is a Nice NON-TOURISTY (a compliment considering Pier39) Restaurant. I Recommend it!
