  I am not sure why people say Karas are the best cupcakes as they are not that good, especially after walking down a block to Susie cakes and trying one of theirs. The red velvet cupcake tasted artificial and the cream on top should be Creme cheese but tasted like nothing but sugar. Was so gross I threw out. I give them two stars though for store decor and presentation - cute shop.

  Just went in to place a large order for my employees for the holidays. I was told if I ordered more than three boxes I would have to pay for the boxes!! In all my years as a consumer I've never been told you had to pay more if you were buying more. It usually works that the more you spend the bigger the discount. I have been a loyal patron of this place for years but I am shocked by their lack of business acumen.

  Gorgeous little cupcake shop, presentation is 'on point', they look sooo delicious, but sadly the most unpleasant cupcake I've ever had. It was so dry, it crumbled. I wish they were as good as they looked.
