  One of the better coffee chains in San Francisco, this place never fails to impress. the coffee is well prepared, in a calming atmosphere. This location in particular is a bit off the beaten path, but still delivers the high quality coffee you expect from Blue Bottle.

  One of the original coffee-geek places!
  Appears to be made scientifically in beakers and sterile environments but still quite tasty
  Expect to see the pocket-protector crowd combined with upper echelon Bo-hos
  Decent place
  Difficult to get a seat
  Food a little high priced but great quality
  Hard to find!
  It's off of Market but appears to be hidden in a kind of alley
  Worth the adventure to look for it !

  Several visits to Blue Bottle Coffee at the Mint Street location stand out as highlights of a wonderful trip to San Francisco during a beautiful summer. Perfect coffee every time. Even standing in line at peak hours is a treat; the white-painted high-ceilinged interior is cool and lovely and the fellow coffee-fiends interesting to watch (a conference in progress at nearby Moscone provided a steady parade of high-tech folk in diverse shades of black tee-shirts). Inspired by the glory of those visits, I've tried other locations and enjoyed the same great beverages tinged with nostalgia for an especially great trip.
